I am CEC but I have 476 either way it will work for me. But I wish for people in Canada, I know how much they struggle in a bonded time for 3years.

You are right. those candidates, who are under CEC, are extremely struggle in those 3 years.

Just like how you are struggling with that comment. Irrespective of whatever, CRS SCORES ARE GAINED by people and not given away for free. Struggle is real for everyone.
