If there are two draws this month, that means there'd be two PNP/CEC draws next month as well. No fuss about that as it balances itself out but who am I? IRCC knows best!

Conducting 3 Draws in a month is not a Big deal. It happens

Yes, I think sometime last year it did. Or probably beginning of 2020. But I remember it happened once since I started monitoring these, which was September of last year.
