If I get my revaluation success story, my score will become 473. Should I try to attempt IELTS to boost the score more? The max I can take it to is 479.

The real barrier is 470. Hard to break. It feels suddenly everyone with masters and experience wants to go to Canada lol

Personal advice : 480 is an amazing score. You will def be getting federal in the next or maybe couple of draws. Since you have 45 days to submit your OINP , lets wait for the next draw and see if you are selected for federal, otherwise, dont lose the chance because EE is becoming unpredictable.
And also, you dont refuse pnp. Even if you have been selected for PNP, you are stil eligible for future draws. So chill. You will be a contender for the next draw.

I had the impression you had to decline the PNP invitation in order to retain your eligibility for the federal draw but you're saying you can hold a PNP invite plus a federal invite at the same time?
It's all hypothetical now in any case since the Francophone OINP draw came through at 453-470 pts so I have too many points! More I learn about how the IRCC works, less I understand...

The Nigerian in you just jumped out “I can’t come and kill myself”. Don’t worry, you will get an invite once they clear the big scores with nominations and 490+ for lack of better words.

About 3000 PNP invitations doled out. There’s bilingual speakers to contend with as well. I’ll just wait for the initial frenzy to clear and see what they do next.

I feel by next Wednesday, we will have around 7000 people above 471 in the pool. So cut off should by 474-475.

Then if there's a b2b, it will drop to 472. Then the whole stuff will normalize to 471,470 etc.

They can issue 8000 ITAs. Who knows? Lol. I'm sure they will manage the crises well. No panic.
