People were thinking it'd be 469-471 if it was an FSW draw, but the new French language bonus points are likely gonna screw that up for this and upcoming draws, if a draw actually ends up happening.

I am seeing the pattern. 3 years ago it was really easy to get a PR with 450 now it is impossible. 2 years from now it would be impossible to get ITA with 470
