Biometric is not needed for people who already gave biometrics in last 10 years and were present in Canada. This will reduce PR processing time?
Can i travel, once i get COPR?
Do we know if this biometrics fee will be refunded? I still find it strange that they require people to redo biometrics even after they have already done it before.

Ah mental masturbation isn't really my thing but given the number crunching everyone is doing here i reckon anywhere between 469 to 471 is a safe prediction.
Yh, that’s a safe prediction I know , and it would be between these numbers . But, any calculative prediction from ur side ?

it is true only if they keep the records of your updates. can you explain the situation more clear? what was your initial noc? and did you changed it before receiving Invitation?

as i know eligibility is evaluated after receiving invitation. if you have not received any invitation how you became aware that you profile became ineligible ??
Ineligible in this context means "you are not in the pool". In a nutshell, dont try changing NOC when you arr in the pool
