How are you at 468, with B1 in 3 sections? Have you maxed out on IELTS and a master's degree too? I think it's possible for you to get into 470's if you max out on IELTS and master's, unless age is barrier for your CRS score!!

I still have 3 more points to go. But the writing part has been 7 for 3 times now

Have you considered TCF? I needed at least a 10 on Writing (from a scale that does up to 20). After leaving the test, I was REALLY afraid I would only score 8 or 9. In the end, I got a 13. So, it seems to me that the Writing section on TCF is relatively easy. I would give it a try.

About IELTS/WES, I definitely don't think people are facing problems to get access to these services. On contrary, on Brazilian forums people are claiming that their WES were ready in less than 2 weeks after submitting the documentation (mine took almost 3 months between November/2019 and January/2020!!!).

I believe it will be all program draw. Another thing is that the US Canada border restriction has not been extended too and its quite unusual because it is announced a week to the stipulated date

I got a similar message yesterday morning as well. However, it appears the reason I got an ADR is because I should have entered my express entry unique client identifier (UCI) but instead I entered my express entry profile number on my OINP application. I immediately provided LOE and included my express entry profile. By evening when I checked my OINP status it had moved to assessment.

Except your score is above 470, I don't think you should relate the ADR and the supposed glitch.

Tomorrow is around the corner so you will know the fact soon.

juse did smthng stupid... I accidentally changed my primary occupation to my current job code and my profile went into ineligible. Am sitting at 473. If score tomorrow or future is 473 i will be kicked out by the tie breaking rule
btw, does it matter that my current job code is different from my primary code?

I think for your primary NOC code, it has to be at least one year work experience. Your primary NOC code doesn’t have to be your current job.
