Scores won’t go below 470 , that what IRCC wants too . Remember my words . FSWs won’t get any benefit , as the CEC are getting ;however, totally unfair .

I think you're right. As the no. of candidates in 471-480 have gone down drastically, ircc prolly aims at maintaining high cut off scores by alternating draws here. So sad.

Thats my Thinking too. There is absolutely no clear cut justification for holding PNP draw.

That’s true and likely to be the case this year, and those in 460s should certainly be looking for ways to improve their scores.

In as much as IRCC has remained unpredictable these days, I think, Hopefully Tomorrow, they might surprise us with FSW draw or do two Draws today

That's how it should be, what's the point of CEC stream if there are no separate draws.

Doing PNP/CEC and All program draws depend on so much more than just international flights. I think IRCC is not working on a full capacity, and I assume processing FSWs is more demanding than CECs.
I also think they are doing this new method of alternating draws as doing only all programs would create a heavy backlog of people that process is stopped by different factors depending per country, like VFS closed for biometrics.
This method might not be ideal, but it is so much better than March-June with not a single FSW draw, or countries like Australia and New Zealand suspending their immigration programs until further notice.

They might continue with this pattern even after all the pandemic related things are over and everything is open.
