Yes I do, Ielts in October for the first time and I was just hoping an ita before then. Thanks though, lol this is ROH.

74900 is the number of approved PRs not the ITAs issued. Yes, there is a basis for this number 89000. Last year, ITAs issued were 86023 when target approved PRs were 71000. Now, for a target of 74900, do a ratio and proportional calculation and you will get a number slightly higher than 89000.

Ok, that makes sense. But does that mean 20% or the ITAs don't materialize?

Thats correct ... We have a rejection rate of 20 to 30% in the ITAs issued

In the previous 3 week gaps, did they do special draws for PNP and trades?

Nova scotia are turning over nominations very fast so expect them in the next few draws as people get their 600 points

With the trend I have started applying for US jobs.. I guess the hope there are more as compared to Express entry... Maxed out on every thing and only option is either french study or master's... So guess GMAT or H1 draw can only help me.... At 409... No sign of ONIP as well....

Does the score decrease after remark ? I got 7 for speaking want to give for EOR to make it 7.5, then score becomes CLB10. I don't mind risking the money for remarking, but I am worried my mark may decrease. I believe I got what I deserve (or more) for speaking. If mark won't decrease I want to give for remark
