hi, what could be a probable time this year when cutoff can go below 435 this year?

The NS labour market priorities stream issued letters of interest on 8 August and have already started handing out 600 points, average turn around is 4 days. This will affect wednesdays draw.

I will drop 5 points on 19th October so assuming there is no 3 week gap, then we still have 5 draws left and the score keeps reducing by 1 point. Then 435 looks hopeful :)

OMG, how many times are you gonna keep posting the same question. just breathe and wait for people to respond which I see you already have received but to answer your question, it is highly unlikely that the cut off is going below 438-440 this year. you should try and max out your points if you haven't yet.

Thanks Viki for your detailed reply, was expecting such a reply from others too. :)
I am trying to get my CRS pushed to 437, hoping that helps. :)

One thing which I dont understand is how can PNP nominations can affect the cut offs...PNP nominations are usually given to people who are below the last EE draw cut offs coz anyways a candidate with 440 + score would have got ITA directly. So in way the pool size of 440+ is not decreasing because of PNPs. So I don't think PNP nominations affects draw cut off in any ways. Yes, if Ontario would have issued nominations for people with score of 440+ then it would have impacted the cut off as 440+ pool would have decreased. Hope this is correct and clear.

pnp nominees move ahead of the queue with 600 additional points. thats how they affect cutoff. but only 100-200 pnp nominees are in every draw so it doesnt affect that much
