Case in point 11 July draw when I got the ITA- Draw timing as shown above was 12:09 UTC But the results were published on CIC website at around 14:00 UTC
Skip today would prove the 440 theory. Unfortunate that CIC is trying to manipulate the outcome. They should be transparent with respect to draw dates.
If there is no draw today, when can we expect the next one to happen? Next week? or in 2 weeks only?
Todays no draw incident actually proves the dreadful 440 theory. Time to be above 440 now. There is no other way.
Whenever there is tiny chance of score going below 440,CIC skips the draw and because of which scores goes up in the next draw or stays at 440

I totally agree with this. Sadly there is no other option than improve beyond the 440 mark. Bye bye 438 and below (I am at 438).

Going by 2018 trends mate. Things are not like 2017 anymorelol people giving up at 10:30 am, what a shame.
They should bring back those 5pm draws to shake things up.
