Sounds like she needs to research the points system in more detail. Yes - points are still given for family member but only for siblings. This is how it's always worked. My girlfriend has 436 points but we recently checked that she has put "Uncle/Aunt" as family in Canada in her application but still the points show 0 in the final tally. Do we not get points for family anymore?
Ah alright. In that case we shall continue to wait for the CRS cutoff.Sounds like she needs to research the points system in more detail. Yes - points are still given for family member but only for siblings. This is how it's always worked.
PG Certificate from University of Glasgow. Was your pg cerificate issued from a distance learning program?? And which university?
My ECA from WES is Deree and college level diploma(one semester) So I don't qualify for 2 or more degrees. I am considering sending it to IQAS to see if they evaluate it differently. What is your ECA equivalency ?
A Degree and A Diploma ?
Did you check if this qualify for two or more degrees ?
What PG cert did you study? If the certificate is at postgraduate level, I don't understand how it was a college diplomaMy ECA from WES is Deree and college level diploma(one semester) So I don't qualify for 2 or more degrees. Apply with family, y do u want to again take the pain of sponsorship post you going there as a single applicant? Moreover, 440 is a good score and crs expected to drop to these levels soon if the current draw pattern continues.Hello Senior Members,
I need advice. My CRS score is 440 (Profile created on 22nd July as Previous profile expired). Without adding the spouse, its 448.
On 15th Sep, I'll lose 5 points due to B'day.
Should I go ahead and apply without family? Or I should apply with family. Let's say if I apply without my spouse, will it be a problem to add her after I get PR?
I have a 5-year-old daughter also. Please advice.
I will advice you still apply will spouse and face the pain once and for all. Let's hope there's no more 3 weeks gap inbetween draws. You should get ITA in two draws. Sponsoring spouse takes 12 months or more. You can wait for the next 2 draws to see what happensHello Senior Members,

if there are a 1000 candidates at 441 (lowest score) and 550 of those created their profile before december 31 2017 12:14:21 UTC, only those 550 will be invitedHello everyone, what is the relationship between invited candidates with the lowest ranked scores and Tie-breaking rule: December 31, 2017 at 12:14:21 UTC?
Note: If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.
She can also apply under Express entry on her own, spouse sponsor is not the only option.I will advice you still apply will spouse and face the pain once and for all. Thanks, that means no profile on 441 created after december 31 2017 12:14:21 UTC got ITA this last draw. Trouble for sub 440, except draw size is increased to 4000+.if there are a 1000 candidates at 441 (lowest score) and 550 of those created their profile before
