Yes, go for it. I don't have many options as mode of study is Arabic in most of the universities here. There is one more route to CGA membership (without a degree), but its only meant for the residents and citizens of Canada. Once you get the PR, move to Canada, and get a job there, you will be eligible for membership based on your experience. I haven't asked the CGA officials about the number of years we need to work in Canada before we can take that route, but still, this could be a viable option in the long run.
