Ok, so, you have a diploma, good IELTS score, 3 years of Canadian experience. I assume, you are older then 30... Because I can not find a problem in your case

I`m 27 - few guys recommended to redo the IELTS so I just booked it. I have 6.5 in writing section and I by adding 0.5 in the IRCC profile, it shows my score increased by 19.

Account must be under his name (joint account) or transfer funds to him (gift deed)
Thank you.
Sorry my ignorance, but what is a gift deed?
Since these are Fixed Deposit, I cannot cancel them right now, transfer the money to my husband in order that he open a new one under his name :S

You will easily get an ITA as soon as you increase your writing score even by half a point but a piece of advice, writing is the most difficult section to improve. Increasing every point requires lot of effort. Good luck!

Guys, what happens after you submit all your documents and CIC decides they aren't happy with the info you gave them about your POF or your employment references? Do they simply request more info/clarification? Or, is there possibility you'll just get rejected?

And if PR application is rejected ? When can the candidate apply once again?

Oh yeah .. sure it was a sweet surprise... I didn't know a thing about CRS score or anything or how much I needed to score in IELTS etc. when I took the test...all I knew was that I should write IELTS GT and landed up in these scores...wish you luck with IELTS...am not sure about how CELPIP is evaluated, but from what I know, I would vote for IELTS any day :)
Yeah, I am also familiar with it, and its kind of a risk-free test for me now. I took IELTS Academic 2 years ago, and the scores were quite similar, except I scored better at Academic writing. I wasn't expecting a 7 this time around, but I guess, my informal writing skills are not up to IELTS standards :P or Perhaps I need a little coaching. I was considering CELPIP just because you can get it over with in a day. IELTS usually takes 2 days, and a long 6 hour journey to and back from the capital. If the speaking test is on a weekday, I won't be able to get leave from work.

1. No. It will work as long as its not more than 6 months old.
2. Yes as you are entering US again after obtaining PCC.
I dont think we need to provide PCC for a 10 day visit. You must be living in the country for at least 6 months to get a PCC.
