but ITA lasts for only 90 days, and you need to maintain your account balance for 6 months. I also didn't pay much attention to my account and then I came to know how many cases were rejected due to financial reasons. So I let my ITA expire. Now waiting for the next one and maintaining a steady account in the meanwhile.
Thank you for the prompt reply. I have another option through which my dad is willing to buy my belongings and then gift me the money in turn. Would that solve my problem?

Back to the Ray after a while, but really like the vibe here.......

Anyway, it looks like CIC would not be going with a back to back draw this year, so lets also hope that the days of 3 weeks gap draw will also be not there anymore..........or we are dead mates

Although I ain't a prediction material but I am guessing the cutoff will go through like bellows without any back to back or 3 weeks draw intervals in the coming days-

9th May- 3500 itas- 440

23rd May- 3500 itas- 438 (with tie breaker till the end of 2017)

6th June-3500 itas- 437

20th June- 3750 itas- 435 (with 50% people cleared sitting on 435)

4th July- 3750 itas- 435 (everyone with 435 cleared)

18th July- 3750 itas- 432-433

Not so bad huhh?
haha this is so cool, but too good to be true :( I think it can go either ways and will remain above 440. I might sound like a pessimist here, but hey, that's how someone, whose ITA recently went down the drain, would sound like:p

I think just a gift from the dad is good enough. But if you say, your dad will buy my assets, then you might be required to show the proof of transfer (in case of a tangible asset). I am not sure. I am an over thinker. I messed my own application up due to this problem :p Let's wait for some expert opinion on this topic. But one thing I know for sure, that dad can give you any amount of money and you must have a "Gift Deed" to prove that the money no longer belongs to your father, and that he will not ask for a payback in the future.

Yes, just wait till the end of June 2018, and then submit your documents after receiving ITA. You didn't update your points, CIC did. So I think, you are safe.
am still hopeful of 439 with a draw on 9th May'18 with 3500. :)
Expecting they will increase the ITAs to 3750 or 4k as this is the peak time for ITAs and begining of the new month as weĺl..

To everyone who are panicking for surge in numbers of PNP applicants,

IRCC has separate quota for PNP-55,000. These nominated applicants will not take regular FSW, FST and CEC allocation 74,900. Every draw is conducted such a way that it does not imbalance the figure. If in a particular draw higher number of PNP nominated applicants are present then ITA number will be increased so that IRCC do not miss the economic class target. Just relax, Cut off not going to increase for PNP but can increase if more economic class applicants join with higher number, so your competition is not against PNP, your competition actually against your own category people.

Best wishes for every one for upcoming draw.
That's correct and also if the nomination numbers are substantially higher then CIC may conduct more a PNP specific draw only. Last year in May 17, 5 draws were conducted. I would not be surprised if we see more than 2 draws this month and third one being PNP specific.

Thank you for this! This is why we need words from experts. Ppl just want to use their imagination and spread negativity in group because they are so scared. This is Ray of Hope guys, be positive here and let cic do their job. When none of our prediction is cic's concern, why predict negatively and scare others? Just talk positive words and let all good happen to everyone. :)

Oh, what kind of mistake made your profile ineligible? I recently updated mine but nothing happened. You must have made some big changes, I suppose.
I changed the NOC of my job in the work experience tab, but not in the work intention tab. Advice for y'all: always check and recheck any application update you do. It's so easy to overlook things you wouldn't when you first applied.

By the way, I've seen you mention losing an ITA over financial problems, may I ask you what happened? I have a little more than enough money, but I keep it in a instantly accessible investment account in the same bank I have my current, so I just imagined everything was fine since it all would show in the same document. Am I being naive?

IELTS,
-For ITELTS exams on the same date,Are exam questions same around the world? or do different countries have different questions.
-Is the marking scheme same or different for countries as people who write in developed countries always have good results.
Is this the case?

It shouldn't matter. You can explain it in the letter. Or if you have time, try to get it corrected.

Stating my story again, Been in EE since 2014. Haven't seen any hope, yet I never spread negativity. I increased my score wherever and whenever possible and waiting for the draw on 9th May for 440 or lower cut-off. Then ppl come here and say it's going to be 441+ because they 'think'!? Dude it's not going to help anyone. None of the predictions are true, everything is just out of imagination or past numbers (except very few). Being hopeful and positive is way easier than you think. Give it a try rather than thinking it's easier said than done. Let's all do it together to reach Canada than scaring the crap out of a guy who's new to EE.
