Those who submitted their profiles before December 2017 will get their ITAs. You submitted yours after December 2017, so you won't get it. Sorry. Still keep the hope! You're almost there

i got my first ITA back in 2017 april, but reject on August 2017, so i re-created a profile on September 2017 with score of 438, and update to 442 on March 2018
