Hi All,

I am sorry for posting an unrelated question, but i am a software developer, i am confused to what NOC code should i use in MY EE profile?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
NOC 2175 or NOC 2174 whichever best fits based on your role.

I knew the CRS was going to be high but not this high. I can take some positives from the candidates distribution as at March 8th though. For the next draw on the 28th of March and assuming 500 additional people to 441 to 450, then that range will come to 1,785 i.e 1285 plus 500. Let’s assume another 1500 from 451 and above, the CRS on the 28th should be around 441/442. Let’s hope, fast and pray

Can someone suggest TEF training centres in bangalore?
Will it fetch points for EE profile or is that meant for only quebec?

Calculations I have done on net new applicants entering the pool at different CRS point levels, based on the CRS pool distributions:

From oct 26th to Nov 9th:
above 440: 171 per day
above 430: 239 per day
above 410: 272 per day

From Nov 9th to Nov 30th:
above 440:174 per day
above 430:213 per day
above 410:237 per day

Nov 30th to Dec 18th:
above 440:171 per day
above 430:197 per day
above 410:215 per day

Dec 18th to Jan 4th
above 440:161 per day
above 430:195 per day
above 410:211 per day

Jan 4th to Jan 18th:
above 440:163 per day
above 430:193 per day
above 410:221 per day

from Jan 18th to Feb 1st:
above 440:186 per day
above 430:216 per day
above 410:258 per day

From Feb 1st to Feb 15th:
above 440:227 per day
above 430:257 per day
above 410:278 per day

From Feb 15th to Mar 8th:
above 440:226 per day
above 430:261 per day
above 410:279 per day

For those interested in how the calculations are done, here is a sample:
For example, lets take calculation for above 440 from Dec 18th to Jan 4th:
All those with CRS points 440 and above on Jan 4th= 233+1374+1274=2881
All those with CRS points 440 and above on Dec 18th=420+1211+1260=2891
We know that the Jan 4th value is = Dec 18th value + net entrants into pool (i.e new entrants -
expired entries) - ITAs from Dec 20th
2881=2891 + net entrants - 2750
2881-2891+2750=net entrants
So we have net entrants between Jan 4th and Dec 18th with crs above 440 = 2740
Therefore we have average entrants per day above 440 between Jan 4th and Dec 18th= 2740/17=161

The values listed are cumulative:
above 430=430 to 440 + above 440.
so if you want only 430 to 440 per day you can calculate that by subtracting above 440 from above 430 value.
i.e) people entering the pool with score between 430 to 440 from feb 15th to march 8th would be 261-226=35 per day

Avg new entrants above crs 451 are 180 per day.. todays cut off was 456..still there r ppl above 451 crs.. based on score distribution (180x21=3780 - 3000=780) 780 candidates r there bw 451-456 after todays draw... now after 2 weeks candidates above crs 451 will be around 3300(180×14=2520+780).. it will take 3 more draws(bi-weekly) for the score to fall below 445 assuming 451+ entrant are not more than 180 per day...

My two cents,

Right now the situation is at its worst in the US. H1/L1 holders working in 3rd party work-sites are directly issued an RFE, while applying for a visa renewal. This is due to a new rule that was added on Feb 17 by USCIS to its visa renewal policies. Only a fraction of these 3rd party companies are willing to issue RFEs, the rest are forced to leave. So the mass number of H1/L1 holders from Indian Staffing companies like TCS, Infy, CTS are all squeezed into the pool.

Anyone up for a H1/L1 visa renewal is seen busy with something related to EE, like IELTS, WES etc etc. So I hate to say that we might see a spike in the CRS scores going forward. But this is my own view point and I may be totally wrong.
This is true.
And in general word is spreading that Canada is the easiest country to get in of any developed country for most types of people.

450 and near about my be new norm, unless they decide to increase invitations per draw.
