I would beg to differ. The website says "Please be advised that the OINP has commenced issuing NOIs under the HCP stream. " as well as "The OINP will be issuing NOIs on a regular basis to applicants, who at minimum, have a CRS of 400 and meet all eligibility criteria.".

Yup, at the moment i posted it, they weren't. Seems like it brought good luck :p

Can you elaborate on the red part? Is your employer refusing to provide an offer letter following IRCC's guidelines?
Yup that’s right, it’s like I’m working but not working
I believe they should not ask for any job letter if I show closed work permit alone. Doesn’t it makes sense?

To all the Experts and Analysts out there - I'm currently sitting at 436 with 1 year experience in NOC A category. I'll complete 2 years in September 2018 and CRS will become 459 with my current CELPIP score.

Should I try and opt IELTS to increase the score right away or you feel it will come down eventually?

PS: I do not have job offer points since I'm on closed WP in Intra-Company Transfer category and in British Columbia (so no BC PNP).
why you don't have offer letter? do you still work for same company? I believe you can get offer letter even if your company did not apply for LIMA

EE Pool stats since IRCC has released this info in March 2017.

Really good data...with chart helps alot...

It's possible to increase CRS from 380s to 442 by a CLB9. In fact, I did just that and I created my profile in September and later scored CLB9 in my second IELTS attempt in November. The same could happen for someone who has created his/her profile in May.

Also, I think the IRCC staff just enter the number of ITAs they want to issue and the software figures out the tie-breaker date and time based on the ITAs that needs to be issued for a specific draw.
Here you go, we found one for guest lecture.

It was before they updated the site

I don’t have pay stubs or tax slips I just have salary certificate and offer letter with mentioning cash salary will that work? I cannot get now because the company is closed, I added same docs when I applied for student visa

CRS.....I'm begging to be very doubtful with that score :-(
yes me too hence decided to increase it by giving IELTS again so trying for CLB 10, which will improve my points by 9 and after that will try for spouse IELTS improvement...if we both get maxed scores then will be at 428 so it can work out maybe...but its difficult to get CLB 10....

My profile says "Submitted". Is that all that is required to be eligible for the next draw (apart from qualifying score etc)? Just making sure so that I don't feel dumb if I can correct something right now.

Hey friends!
I got my Ontario PNP approved today. My EE score without PNP is 438 so I am thinking of waiting for next two draws (If I could get direct ITA) before I accept the nomination. Do you think it would be a good idea?
And also I am thinking of starting with police verification and medicals in the meantime before getting ITA. will this be ok? Or I should do that after getting ITA?
