Why one year..... isn't it like more years of experience means better CRS score?

It does but the person was asking if multiple NOCs could be used, irrespective if there is a gap between them.

Canada allows you to claim points for Work Experience in the past 10 Years and the maximum you get points for are 3 years. So it doesn't matter if there is a gap but they ask you that you need at least 1 year in one of the jobs.

So is Ontario targeting only crs 440 and above irrespective of noc?

Don't think so, i'm at 450 and have not gotten a NOI

That may not be true, a person stated in whatsapp group that they got NOI after recreating profile with a crs of 401

They're targeting specific NOCs, maybe? That would make more sense for a PNP.

I have a question. If I recreat my profile, would that enhance my selection chances for OINP. My current score stands at 410. PS I heard from one of the immi agent that candidates with high english proficiency are given preference. Is that true

OINP with 440+ is useless. 440 range will probably be cleared in the draw tomorrow.

I really do not understand the strategy behind that...

Give notification of interest to people who are almost receiving a direct ITA? Why so?

There's a huge crowd between 400-440, who certainly chose ONTARIO as preference, and who would really need the PNP nomination...

I think they are trying to give preference to people with higher scores. Even if no one in this range would accept, but still they must have wanted to start from the top tier and in few weeks trickle down to lower scores(if the quota remains)

This will be reflected in what their 2nd range will be and if they will only target Jan 20 onwards.
