I would like to use Job1 and Job4 considering that I will be able to obtain the reference letter. That would mean, it could show gaps in my employment in the EE profile. Is that okay? I meet the criteria under both the combinations.

If you were employed at any one of Job 1 and Job 4 for more than an year, you're good to go.

Thanks. I shall remove the remaining 2 jobs from the EE then and mention them in the LOE at the ITA stage

Just like the reply above, if you had more than a year working full time at either Job 1 or 4, you can claim points. Be aware though, that these must be within the last 10 years/

Hi everyone. I came across this thread a day ago and I found it to be immensely encouraging and helpful. There were so many things/terms related to the process that I was unaware of but things are clearer now. A big thank you to ones who started this and the members who are replying to the queries. My CRS is 446 and I applied in the last week of December 2017, awaiting an ITA. Hopefully soon. Coming to my query - I wanted to join the whatsapp group for updates and also for being connected to this thread and I somehow managed to find the link to the group, however I'm unable to join it maybe because it already has the maximum number of members.
Is there any solution to this? Any possibility of creating another group?

Shouldn't you show more than 3 years to have a better CRS score?

Yes. In each NOC I have more than 3 years. But anything more than 3 years does not change the CRS Score.

That may not be true, a person stated in whatsapp group that they got NOI after recreating profile with a crs of 401
