Anybody received Nova Scotia NOI today ? They have opened nominations today for some targeted occupations.
There was no NOI involved in NSNP today!! It was just people needed to apply before everyone else. It was on a first come first serve basis for anyone with CLB 7 and above score, and without any job offer. But as soon as they opened within 10 minutes the server crashed. I just checked it and that Category B that they were accepting applications for is now full!!!

How long are OINP NOIs valid? It says 45 days here:

http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNP_EE_CAPITAL_FAQ.html

"Once you receive your “PT notification of interest” you will have 45 days to submit a complete application to MCI."

But here it says 6 months:

http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/prodconsum/groups/csc/@oipp/documents/document/oi_en_hcps.pdf

"After you receive a Notification of Interest from Ontario through your IRCC online account, you have 6 months to submit your application to the OINP under the Human Capital Priorities Stream."

Which is correct? I don't want to recreate my profile unless I have to.

Team, Just have a question regarding the police verification from USA. It came out fine as expected however; I stayed there for ten years and the FBI clearance does not specify the stay duration. Would that be an issue with CIC?

not a problem.. FBI search complete date should be after you left US or within 6 months if still residing..

Guys, quick question. I've heard somewhere in this forum that FRESH EE profiles are more likely to receive NOI from OINP.

Something may happen tomorrow to OINP, such is stated in their NEWS website. If the stream for skilled worker returns, would it be clever to delete and create a new EE profile tomorrow?!

Or the best bet is to sit still and wait for a possible NOI?

Thank you!

Yes fresh profile is indeed have the better chance to receive NOI.
I believe the latest update from Ontario won't be involving issuance of NOI as they had already reaching their quotas for this year.

If you hadn't receive NOI, withdraw and recreate profile at the start of the next year

Ontario Human capital stream NOI has the validity of 6 months. once registered 14 days to submit the documents.

Hi the same thing happened to me, the moment I entered the specific page, and wanted to apply online the site didn’t allow. Later I saw that the applications are full. How can one apply then?
