Hi is it possible to create the profile with out the spouse and dependants as the score is prety high at 425 & if create it with the spouse it's 414.

Then can I get them through a different scheme rather than the EE
That's pretty much agrreable. If you are well aware of the process time, I would like to remind you that spousal visa would take more than a year to get processed.
If that's suits you, then you can proceed with your plan.

The Internet is full of lies and deception, and I wish I never had access to the Internet. This forum has taught me life-lessons; to be very wary of the net.

Beware my friends, and don't fall into the online trap. I recall my good old days, sans mobile phones and Internet; it used to be healthier, safer and more social. The Internet and smartphones have taken over our lives, and we live in a Matrix now (literally).

I felt I must post a disclaimer here, from my recent experience. Enjoy your day!!

True about lies and deception. But it's not the internet. It's human nature, and the internet is a tool that facilitates the expression of the good and bad sides of human nature.

Please share details about your recent experience so that we might learn some of the life lessons you learned in this forum.

I am sitting at CRS 441 but I am not sure because of reduced draw frequency and lesser ITA, I might not get a chance in the coming draw.

Hi Forum Members,

I know I am a bit off topic. However, I am a newbie and solicit your assistance in clarifying dilemma pertaining to docs required w.r.t work experience-

I have been working as an Admin manager for past 6 yrs with a small time Finance company. We do not have a formal HR dept. in our company and the owner oversees such operations. He has agreed to provide the exp letter in the said format comprising of the job duties. In addition I do have the salary slips covering the span of my employment.

Issue- The salary is paid in cash instead of wire transfer / cheque. Subsequently I have not filed any ITR (salary being too low :(). Kindly let me know what docs will I need to furnish in order satisfy CIC of my employment credentials. I am quiet worried about the same.

Regards
Hello,

CIC doesn't ask your salary slips to prove your work experience. Salary slips are needed for Ontario HCP program.
If your employer comply with your demand, include the following in your work experience letter
  • employee id & name
  • No of hours per week.
  • full time/part time employee
  • designation
  • salary draw per annum
  • roles and responsibilities.
Once the above information are provided in the company letter head, it is more than enough to convice the visa officer. If you are waiting for direct ITA without any aid through provincial nominee program then you can rest easy with the salary slip. If you are going through PNP route, no need to fret, compose an affidavit stating that "my company is providing X amount as my montly salary" with your company seal and also draft a LOE briefing your issue.

Thanks,
Sundar.

Yes, everything is fine. I just learnt, never to trust anyone from the online realm, that's it. People may take undue advantage, if you are not careful.
Glad you are doing Ok buddy.
The very same people we are interacting in real life is also the same we are interacting in virtual world.
Some people would pose nice but would be filled with ominous thoughts, be it in real/online world.
It is our part to filter out their true intentions which is concealed within them.

Please don't barricade yourself buddy, you never know what you get in life :) cheers.

Dear All,

My CRS is 429 with a CLB level of 10 and 9 (speaking). I am an HR Manager and this occupation is not in-demand list of any of the province.

Are there any provinces which do not require you to have a job offer or to be a professional from in-demand occupation list?

Please tell me the process also for applying for provincial nomination. In my EE profile, i had selected ' all the sates' for provincial nomination.

Kindly help me out...

Thanks

Vandana

Exactly my thoughts :) Though there was a age gap between us, we are really comrades my comrade :)

Thank you for the update. I am just curious why it is not there as available on the crs calculator. So do i have to repeat d qualification to put the 2 diplomas?

Its there on CRS calculator. Try link
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

And while creating EE profile you need to put all your spouse's degree/diploma or certificates to get that 1 additional point.

I am not good at writing but tried my best to explain.

Hello,

As you have CRS 429, you are likely to get ITA in the upcoming draws. You may knew that the last draw cutoff is CRS 435 points. You can expect your score in a draw soon.

When you have score to get direct ITA, why do you want to pursue PNP??? You are committed to live certain period in the province who nominates you. Also, you will pay fee extra on PNP. Whereas direct ITA are free to choose and live.

Since you have selected all provinces option, you may get NOI from a province. Normally ON calls who have >400.

At this moment, you just need some patience and hope for the lower cutoff in the upcoming draw.

You will get ITA soon for sure.

Bonne Chance!!!
