@ivancabrer you did a great job, getting that result in 4 months is smth very special I would say :) Regarding speaking part, you could talk to smb like me (by the way I did score CLB9 in speaking TEF Canada). Hope you will learn and be able to talk like Quebec people when you get to Canada ;) All the best and good luck!

@pessacanada I see your profile says you are in Paris. Are you a native French speaker? Were you originally from Paris?

Yes this profile was created today and I have been observing forums for QUITE some time. You should be happy I am here.

Be careful of sheep in wolf clothing who may appear to be happy for you. Just read bio.

Hmm ... your profile seems ominous. What really brings you to these forums?

Dear Seniors,

My own fund which I have in my salary account is only 2.5 months old. This is why I am going to get additional fund through Gift Deed from my father, which itself will cover the required amount. Will my fund which is 2.5 months old raise concern since, the gift deed would cover my full PoF without taking my own fund into consideration.

Besides, there is no placeholder for Letter of Explanation, in my case,

Where do I put that explanation? Please help.

Hello Everyone
This is my first post to this forum but I have been following this forum for quite a long time now.
I have CRS 430. I have applied with my husband and I being the principal applicant.
I have one query, I understand that in your birthday week 5 points are deducted from your CRS. So Just wanted to ask is it true for principal applicant or dependant also.
As my husbands birthday is in september so will it have any impact on my CRS.
Thanks

There was a draw in March after 3 weeks then there were 3 back to back draws in april. So very hopeful for the draw in next week.
Keeping my fingers crossed.

Spouses age isn't taken into account only the principal applicant

You also only lose 5 points if you're old like me ;)

Guys! I don't want to "quote" anyone, but that was a classic bait for 'likes'. Sure we all are desperately looking for mystical draw. I do enjoy predictions (knowing they are nothing but educated guess work, backed up with statistics & mathematics) & when someone's prediction hits bull eye, it amazes me the work of randomness and I do appreciate their work. But statements like "Oh I've inside story" is total waste of ROH's space.

Cheers
I second that!

Disclosure: I am not senior!

Just keep your hopes high! Stay positive and keep reading posts. Be open-minded about various option (i.e. PNP). If feasible, you can improve your IELTS score as well.

Cheers
