First off, thanks to everyone here for spreading positivity. Thankfully, I received my invitation in this draw.

I've got a problem, though. I don't know what to do next. I read the message that I got in my account. When I clicked on it, a PDF file got downloaded and in the first page it said " You must submit a complete application before 11/08/2017 12:00 AM UTC time if you want to apply for permanent residence." At the bottom of the PDF file it says I've got 90 days.

I'm totally confused. What should I do? Should I submit it today? Because, 11/08/2017 is basically few hours away. Or, do I have 90 days time?

Please help friends.

In North America, dates are mentioned in the MM DD YYYY format which means you've to submit your application before November 8, 2017.

Good luck.

I have come up with the prediction for the 69th draw.

If it happens on:
Aug 9 - CRS 433 - ITAs 3200
Aug 10 - CRS 433 - ITAs 3200
Aug 11 - CRS 434 - ITAs 3200

The variance in the above calculation is +/- 1 CRS.

Please find below the CRS cut off on each date (in case the number of ITAs issued is more/less than 3200):

Is there a way we can contact cic ?

I'm not sure. We haven't quite hit 24 hours yet either I don't think, unless you count from when the draw was done, not announced. 10 am Ottawa time (I'm in the same time zone) and it still says no ITA in my account. Besides knowing it says submitted and having the message that I'll be contacted if there's an ITA, I got an NOI from Ontario in June so it's definitely been used for something already.

Maybe it's in country order? I'm in the US, so always at the end of those drop-down lists on websites.

I am also from US, also got NOI from Ontario in June
NOC 2172. Updated my profile with new IELTS in July. CRS438.

What is your CRS? I see 3 more people with CRS438 who have not seen any update in profile/email.

Please do not worry, I am too at 438 and from US. But got it yesterday itself. Just some weird slow logic taking so long to process.

I don't think its country specific. But 1st time I have seen this much delay for ITA email on forum. @Wandering Mind any thoughts?
