Repent for not accepting NOI from ONIP , I wish they reopen soon. Any guesses on when they will reopen?

Tell me about it. I was thinking to register Monday night, right after my last employer reference letter and my new passport arrived but thought Tuesday would be no problem and would start the 14 day deadline ticking 1 day later. Little did I know they would close off registration Tuesday!!! But this is just a temporary pause. They should open it back up later this year, although I wish I knew when.

Yes, self employment doesn't count towards CRS points. The best option would be to apply to SINP nominee program. I think they opened their program yesterday.
experience as a self employed person does count towards CRS, i am also self employed and have put up my file in EE and my years of experience as a self employed is counted by CIC

Didn't get your point. Do you mean the points will be reduced however since I have a good CRS based on current scenario, I should not be worried? or IRCC considers points at the time of application and therefore my EE application will be processed with 452 CRS?

IRCC considers points at the time of ITA. So if you receive ITA after your birthday, you will lose the 5 points. But don't worry, even a score of 447 is excellent and is almost certain to result in an ITA in the next draw. Many of us, especially myself, would love to have even 437 points. I am almost 10 years older than you and will lose 11 points on my next birthday, and I am currently at only 410. I suggest that you start getting your post ITA documents ready (especially the PCC and medical exam) now because you will be getting an ITA soon, even if it's after your birthday.

Thanks. I am in the same boat. I was preparing documents for ONIP and thinking I will look for the cutoff on 26th draw and take a decision. But I agree you are pretty closer than I was.
I would have for sure created a registration if they didnt have that 14 day rule.
And I always had this question , what if we have done the registration and dont submit the docs in 14 days , will our NOI expire or can we again do the registration.

If u are out of 14 days, just create a new one as long as u still have the valid NOI.
I did it it before and succeeded.

Thanks Buddy! I really appreciate your optimism and I pray that both of us shall get the ITA on the same draw.

Seems that our friend Ahmed was busy whole day in Toronto...

Apparently as others have mentioned, you can create profile again after 14 days, but I was so focused on getting all my documents together that I wasn't reading the forums that much, but I saw a few people talking about all the system issues and some panicking because they were on day 13 or day 14 and could not get into the system. I was afraid it would be more hassle with potentially more system issues for me if my 14 days were over and I had to re-create profile, so I thought to gather my documents first and not have to deal with the 14 days issue. What a big mistake :( But hopefully it will reopen soon and without the system issues that people have been facing!

I believe something is going on with CIC website, I tried pinging the page from different sources, all packets lost.
