Well, i was near, if they had done 3500 ITA this week the score would had been 438.
I expect the next draw to be at 432 (+-2) ( I sincerely do hope that the score Turns out to be lower ; but my calculations say Its gonna be 432 .)
Btw grammar geeks did i use semi colon right ?

I'm afraid no! You didn't use the semi colon right. It should be a comma and this is mainly because you've started a new clause using a coordinating conjunction.

If you started the new clause with subordinating conjunction such as (however, nevertheless, because etc), then you'd be ok with the semi colon.

PS: Also note the time. Very important. Don't give up hope. The draw was almost at the eleventh hour.

there has been no back to back or weekly draw in the past

There have been multiple instances of back to back draws in the past. The most recent instance was in April when there were 3 consecutive draws on April 5, 12 and 19. I have not considered program specific draws.
