Thanks! Im taking the IELTS at the end of this month so hopefully ill have between 425-430 points. Ill be in the pool at the end of August. Could you please explain to me further how OINP works? Is it thru express entry as well? I have a canadian diploma thats basically it. Im 22 years old.

Don't worry about anything now. Stay focused and score CLB 9 in IELTS. With that, I'm pretty sure you will get an ITA in the regular Express Entry.

Looks like there target for ITA is done for this year that's why they are doing draw once in month

Yes. Their target is almost completed. They will only figure out rejected ita and will do draw accordingly.
