Yes it will addup to to your total score, spouse ECA and Ielts both contributes to the overall score

1st: L: 9 S: 7.5 W: 6.5 R: 7.
2nd: L: 8, S: 7, W: 7, R7.5

I am currently on 417, hopeful for August or reluctantly proceed to attempt IELTS again.

It will increase your CRS by 8 points.
