Hey Guys!

How long after you get a PR can you go to Canada? What if I get a PR this August and go to Canadanext August?

How many days after you get an NOI can you accept it? (6months right, and 14days after submitting application)

Hi, asking for a friend..quite new to express entry rules and regulations...say if someone get PNP from any province;does that mean his PR is confirmed/won't be refused as majority of the documents already checked by the province?(I do get it that they will get ITA guraanteed) my question is regarding the after ITA process and final outcome.

Majority of the refusals are due to issues related with PCC which is obtained only after ITA and not required for PNP. Also, CIC is very strict regarding the mandatory documents to be submitted. They would reject in case anything is missing.

Hey guys
After no draw this week . Do you guys think there are chances of points to go down upto 410 within a month or so?
TIA
Need back to back draws for that to happen. So far it looks like they'll stick with 1 draw every 2 weeks so expecting around 8-10 point reduction in CRS.

Even if there are 3 more draws in July on all the next 3 Wednesdays, it is very tough for the CRS cut off to reach 410 in July.
Yes, you can expect it to reach 410 by August but it depends on the ITAs issued and the gap between the draws.

after getting ITA you have to appear for your medical which is valid for 1 year so before your medical expires you have to land in Canada.
You get 6 months to accept your NOI from Ontario.

Thanks, Bill.

I was thinking about the same thing - that I was the last one from the May group to get nominated. Phew!

Many thanks for your help, support and patience the last few months :)
Wow! Many many congratulations to you dear. We both May invites got nominated this week. Very happy for you. Now we can read your interesting blogs and writeups in Canadian newsletters:) All the best wishes for next processes.

@bill gr8 prediction and salute to you.

I think it may take more time CIC dislike the score to be down below 410 they will introduce new changes for more points to be gained by applicants like what happened in june 6

Waiting for my ita at 405. I have received my pnp nomination. Should i go ahead with nomination or wait for ita without it? If i file my nomination is ITA guaranteed?

Nothing is ever guaranteed :)

If you have your work history etc and they are all true and accurate you should get it. But nothing is guaranteed

I'm at 404 and my wife is doing her IELTS today to see if we can get up to 424, that's the only reason I'm holding off on PNP. Honestly I'd recommend you go with the PNP as I don't see it getting down to our level.
