Its not necessary.

You can submit the following docs - Offer Letter, Pay Slips, Bank Statements that show your salary being deposited, form-16 if you are from india i.e. You have paid tax on your income, Employer Reference Letter stating your job duties which matches your primary NOC. Salary certificate if you have one and Appraisal letters too if you had one.

I have question here.
Do we need to provide payslips for the whole work period? Thats a lot of pages... For example, my primary work experience is for 5 years. That means I need to provide 60 payslips (5 years x 12 months). Same goes to the bank statements that shows salary deposits.

By the way, OINP requires the proof of only the first and the last month.

Even if we there is no draw today, i am certain they will get thr score down.i know CIC is unpredictable, but sure the score will touch down to 410.

Don't give up hope. I submitted my EE profile over a year ago and to be honest never thought I would see it below 450. Now it's been as low as 413.
I don't pretend to understand all the stats that people are putting up, but all I do know is that the trend is for lower CRS and Canada has publically called out they need more immigrants each year. Those are facts I do understand.

So maybe I won't get in this summer, it might be Autumn or I might have to wait until the new quota of Ontario's PNP scheme, but I do know that I will get in. I've waited too long and a few months wait with the people on here isn't the worst punishment I can think of. :)

Don't give up, it will happen.

I provided the first one, first and last paycheck of each year and last 6 months just to be on the safe side and avoid delays.

Just a question here, did you provide last 6 months payslips/statements for each work experience of just for your on going job?

what are the means of proving that I have the intention to reside in Ontario? Also if I apply to OINP, would that take stops the ITA from coming to me while the draw is happening or would I still get a direct ITA if a draw takes a place?

I don't know about other people, but I provided first and last pay stubs for every job I'm claiming points for.

For the rest of my jobs (either temporary or freelance), for which I don't have pay stubs, I explained in LOE.

I have all the pay stubs from my previous employer and the current one. But my current employer pays me in cash instead of deposits in bank account. I have filed my IT returns which shows my source of income. I hope that won't be a problem later.
