Any hope for this poor chap waiting like Advani for ITA at 412 ??

Buddy, at 412, you have a good chance to get direct ITA because in the range of 400-450, most of the applicants are below 410 (including me at 409, still hoping for direct ITA). Next 2-3 draws in July are crucial and will follow the downward trend.

So have some patience, wait for few draws and see yourself clearing the cutoff.

I got noi from ontario yesterday.i want to wait for couple of draws as i have crs 414 score.

Do i need to do any action to keep thr noi valid for couple of months.

How long this noi is valid

Make sure your score remains above 400 always.. That's the only pre-condition to keep it valid

Yes i have decided to re-appear in IELTS again. It is not just about spending 1500 CAD and hassle of arranging additional work relevant documents. For me it is also about self confidence. I know i am very well capable of CLB 9 if not 10. If i be perfectly honest, i haven't put much effort for my previous tests at all. Hence i do not want to live with the thought that i never tried to achieve the score and did away with the easy option. I want to make myself commit cos life ain't gonna be a piece of cake when we get to Canada. Call it my ego i don't blame you. Maybe if i do not achieve score again, i can then happily accept the OINP knowing at least, yes i tried my best. Maybe by then HCP quota will be filled but this something i have to do it. I hope you get my concern.

I always admire your courage and disposition towards life and challenges. Keep it up

Canada has the target to invite 73000 skilled worker this year
But they already have invited near about 53000 workers
Now they are left with 20000 more to invite. That means they will achieve this in next 6 months
If it is so then there will be less draws and less invitations.
One draw per month with aprox 3000 invitations.
Any comments??

where did you get your numbers from? I read cicnews that up to last months the numbef of ITA issued under FSW is around a little bit more than 30 K the cap is set at 70 K. With June draw we are at 36 K ITA. Remaining ITAs close to 30 K or so. Not including all rejected applicants or the ones declined invitations I would say 2 to 3 draws a month is still there.

Its good to know that you are ready to wait for direct ITA, which u will get at your score.

OINP NOI is valid for 6 months from the date of receipt. There is nothing required from your end to keep the NOI valid.

Correcting the figures.....
1. Canada has target to invite 124000 skilled workers (73000-FSW & 51000 PNP) through EE stream this year.
2. Out of total 53000 ITA issued till date, Province nominated applicants are also there in major chunk (i.e. in every draw candidates having 600+ are province nominated only). Thus the exact figure for FSW is significantly lesser that 53000.
3. With every progressing day, IRCC is processing the post-ITA applications and 40% of those applications are rejected due to several reasons. Thus to complete the yearly quota of 124000, IRCC will have to increase the frequency of draws and/or draw size. In either case cutoff will go down.

Hello everyone, my name is Nivid Vaidya and my CRS total is 406. My NOC is 2173 (Software Engineer). I was wondering if I have to do anything else for Ontraio OINP other than creating an 'Express Entry' profile.?
Do you guys think CRS score will reach 406 this year?
