Hi Gavin, thanks for sharing the form. It really helps. It's a simple form that clarifies that rest of the process will be completed post delivery of the baby. My question is will we have to again go back to the pool or CIC will continue to process rest of the application barring medicals? Given that we'll be able to provide the xray in Jan 2018, how far this whole process go back(We were hoping we'll be in Canada by end of Q1, but now doesn't seem to be the case).
no you won't go back into the pool.

They will continue the process and if all is well then at the very end you go for an x-ray and then send your passports

There is indeed. But the fact that the last score hike was not because of CIC changes, but the 2.2K people between 451-500 is the base of my claim. We had a draw after a month. The abundant amount of people in this segment was I believe, because of the people who recently completed their Canadian degree programs. The number of candidates between 451-500 always averages around 400-600 candidates per two weeks or even less. Considering that factor and on average, 800 - 1K new profiles per week, the CRS should fall under 430 for the 67th draw.

If the 66th draw would have been conducted in time (two weeks interval) , the score would have hiked to 430ish from 413 and not 449, coming down again to the previous position in the upcoming one and lowering futher.
Hi Sheikh,
Your signature says you have received Ontario NOI with CRS 393. Is it for real. Mine is 397, but still waiting for WES. Do you think I would also receive the NOI when I enter the pool.

Hi appreciate all of ya'lls response.
i have a follow up question though. my work started on the 20th and if i get through the next draw it wont be 3 years even if its the linkedin way of counting. should i still accept the ITA?
Personally i will not recommend to accept the ITA since less than 3 years is still less than 3 years. However, if the cut-off is at or below 447-25, i guess there is no problem. I don't know why CIC doesn't rectify that thing. Have been reading about it far too often now. Anyway i recommend you to consult our in house lawyer. You can reach him in the following hyperlink.

Personally, I think it's because of his NOC. Ontario send ITA for those who are above 400 CRS or those with less than 400 but whose NOC is one of the Information and Communications Technology Workers: https://www.cicnews.com/2017/06/ontario-express-entry-stream-targets-information-and-communications-technology-workers-069278.html

At least that's what I undestood of the process.

To fuel the positive hope and perseverance on the forum I second you dear and I very strongly believe this:

"God has perfect timing, never early, never late. it takes a little patience and faith, but it's worth the wait."
"Sometimes God holds you back temporarily until the road is safe and clear to continue".

Here is my story to give some hope:

I started dreaming about Canada 15 years ago when I had completed my Intermediate, I am not going to explain every miner detail to bore my readers , but after my intermediate I attempted for immigration twice just to get disappointed on both attempts (Immigration consultant misguided). Then back in 2012 - 2013 my designated NOC was completely flushed out from the yearly list:(.

Then in 2014 they open the gates for all NOC including mine but since my degrees are from two different countries my ECA took almost 8 months by that time the opportunity window was already closed. Then came the new system EE in January 2015 and it was impossible for me to reach 460 plus points because of my age. This is not just all had to deal with funds arrangement as my family was facing financial hard ship due to treacherous act of my father's business partner and i had to take two jobs to help pull my family out of the situation. (Canada dream went somewhere in back ground).

But after all this and more today when I look back I feel now is a good time for immigration:

1. I have 7 years of work experience
2. I am switching my career in ICT
3. My family and me are in way better position financially
4. My sibling also want to come along unlike before (change of thoughts for them)

I am not writing to get sympathies, just to give hope and get hope and have a strong believe; what ever you truly wish for comes your way some times sooner some times later but surely at the perfect time.:)

CANADA you deserve us if you want to be a prosperous place.....!!!:p:D
Wow! Thanks for sharing your story. Both you and @ KiranK have given me renewed hope!!! I was feeling a bit hopeless since the last draw but these two posts have lifted my spirit.
What I'd love to see is us having a "motivational post" each day or week from persons who beat the odds to realize their Canadian dream. Think it will really help a lot of us to not lose hope!!!

Thanks a million again!
All the best in your endeavours.

Sooooo, no maintenance message on CIC website, everything points to a draw tomorrow.

Thought I'm done trying to pretend we have any idea what goes on in CIC's "mind". :D
Before 66th and 65th draw there was maintenance notice on Tuesday

The wait of 1 month is killing you? Are you for real? There are people here including me who are waiting their chance for more than 8 months! Have patience dude and a little more respect to other people! Thanks!
Hey Ive been waiting to enter EE pool since 2014 but I didn't mind what @somak2001 said.
Everyone feels differently and thats ok. Thats why we are a diverse group.

Here is some analysis I have done. Would like to share it with everyone!
1. Assumption :-
a. Draw happens on 12th July
b. 3400 ITAs are issued

  • SLAB ~22nd June ~Daily Run Rate ~Pool 28th ~12th July (prediction)
>600 355 16 452 203
451-600 2216 101 2820 1,233
441-450 809 37 1030 1,471
431-440 1082 49 1377 1,967
421-430 1172 53 1492 2,131
411-420 1968 89 2505 3,578
401-410 4432 201 5641 8,058

~ had to color code, since I wasn't able to insert the excel / image

It should be 438+-2 points at most.

Really really need to pray that there are weekly draws and more ITA's. Thats the only way the CRS will drop, and the 431-440 band will clear up and move to 411-420 and so on to get the scores finally down to 400.
