No not at all. I don't have a Masters degree either. I think it basically depends on the NOC. And usually Ontario sends out NOIs on Friday and that too filters based on fresh profiles. You do however require a degree to be accepted for ONIP, I only have a diploma so investgated it and was told that only a degree is acceptable. Although I am on vacation and enjoying it, I think about draw a lot! Why there was none! Sometimes I feel Canada will never come for me! I know everything in life has the right time and place but it's really hard to wait! A moment of weakness, sorry!
