Which makes my profile normal. As to Prince Edward Island, it complements Ontario. It is all that Ontario isn't.No UCI number on anyones profile I think.

Oh, you are correct.
But then again, if someone makes a bachelor's degree in a career of one of those NOCs, even with no experience, if they try to max out the other aspects, they may aspire. It's an uphill road, I know, but when you have a goal, you could always find ways to move towards it.
