Clear my query please...
My lawyer has updated ielts results of my husband..Till now the points remains the same..How much time will it take for me to increase the crs
Mine was updated within 2 minutes of including my husband's IELTS. I've heard people say they've had to wait 24 hours though.

Is there anything you can do to increase your score? I'm thinking I probably should retake IELTS (I'm already at CLB 9. Could aim for CLB 10). But waiting for a couple more draws before I decide.

I think you get the maximum points for CLB9.

Brothers - I clutch your hand with my hand !!! I am also in same phase/range. Not sure, when will we in / receive ITA ? :(
Let us all hug and say few consolatory words among us!

Thank you. Those of us who don't have the higher scores know that we have to stay steady and strong together.

Just got an email from IRCC stating the obvious and everything we have read until now. Highlighting the key statements :

Please note, you do not need to update your profile unless you are adding new information related to these changes.

There are no new questions for your application to Express Entry. All CRS scores will be automatically updated before the next invitation round where the Express Entry system detects that points are changed.
Same here...Got the same mail

You are pure sadist! ;)

Me sadist! No way! If you see my signature, i am in no position to get ITA anytime soon, yet i kept believing the time will come and i encourage other to have the same attitute. I have initiated a vibergroup for candidates from my country and i keep encouraging to stay positive to one member coz the other has already got his ITA. I know we are just three in the group atm, laugh out loud hahaha.

It's just i find it so funny people with multiple posts just keep posting immediately after the draw. I find uber impatience funny, i guess i can admit to your claim, "guilty as charged", but no way i take pleasure in others' pain.

Dear Candidate,

This is to notify you of some important improvements to the Express Entry requirements and Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS).

Over the next few weeks, you may see updates to your score if you have:

  • a sibling in Canada who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, or
  • submitted results for a French language test.

What's your score?

You find uber impatience funny?! It makes me want to tear out my hair ;) and tell all those posters who don't bother to read anything on any website or here on the forum to just calm down ;)

It means from now on until you get your ITA dear friend. See I got it ;) CIC makes sometimes a joke.

What does few weeks mean
This could take up to two weeks. The keywords here are "up to", hence it might not take two weeks but will never take more.

I should have applied for re-evaluation of my IELTS Writing & Speaking. I secured 9 in reading and 8.5 in listening, but my greatest strengths are my writing and speaking for which I only received 7 each. I could have maximized my CRS to 414 with 0.5 more in each. I sat for an IELTS test only once, and only used the Book & CD supplied to me by British Council for the preparation and to understand the test layout, marking, etc.
