last week I finally realized why every day having so many candidates with score over 410 joining the pool , there are a huge points added to the CEC stream candidates who have been working for 2 years in Canada. Right now I feel released sitting @ 476. Good luck everyone here!

I will consider the highlighted text in red as typographical error. I believe the cut-off in the example above is 422 and that 423 should be Invited.
Personally, I wonder what kind of update CIC will be doing that could take them "few days" to update the CRS scores when there are only, say, 50,000 candidates in the pool. Are they doing a "manual" update where they go through each and every record in the database to update the score? Data integrity? Oh well..if you cannot issue a single or two script to update the data, then there is no data consistency. Just my two cents as a programmer.
I have no time to do the analysis but as my intuition and logic says, cut-off will be up by 10 points or more. Don't get me wrong, my CRS is 408 and I am dying to get that ITA like everyone else in this thread.
I still hope cut-off will go down after 2-3 draws, i.e. July. With the ministerial instruction recently posted, I think the next draw will be next week on the 14th. Let's all pray and hope for a back to back draw a week after that.

The new changes, especially the CRS-tie-breaker can make some of us go insane. Imagine two people with the same CRS and the draw happens at exactly the same cut-off. The next 24 hours would be gruesome. "Will I receive an ITA?", "Did you receive it?". You can't be certain anymore, since even with qualifying CRS, someone else might beat you in tie-breaker!!
Pros: Expect more ITAs.
Cons: Don't rejoice if your CRS is exactly at the draw cut-off, untill you receive an actual ITA, which you may not.

Don't do that, you've been among the most optimistic persons around here, and we share the same CRS.
Thanks. You, too, have been very enthusiastic and optimistic. I am still very hopeful for a draw this week but not too optimistic if it will be next week though.
With the new ranking by submission date, one of us might not get the ITA if cut-off is at 408
When did you create yours?I wish us (and everyone) the best of luck! Everybody deserves that elusive ITA.
