Too all the impatient ITA achievers, please be patient. I have been waiting more than 3 years now, and i am still not yet in. It can take upto 48 hours to receive your silver email. I know you all are excited, nervous and all, but you will get it. No need to panic immediately after the draw.

I have learned to be patient with three things very well now - girls, jobs and draws hahahahaha. It even f'in rhymes lol. Nothing better than a good laugh. Cheers.

but for predicating CRS draw this is throwing off.. if 500 taken from 413 and below.. CRS would have been ~410

We'll see in future draws, I don't think they will ruin the statistics.

This is going to be close. I submitted my EE profile only yesterday and registered for the job bank soon after. But, I don't know if my profile is activated to be in the pool or not. Gotta wait and see if I get an ITA I guess..
