I don't think so, because they have the template for the Ministerial Instructions.
Maybe they're working on it and uploaded it by mistake before having it ready?

He is wrong , it clearly states : Draw on 17 May which is today!!!!

Don't despair.

Not that I wouldn't be happy if today it reaches 410 :D
But with that score distribution and the people who joined in this weekend, they would have to issue more than 4000 ITAs for us to get one.
So, maybe we'll have to prepare to get the ITA on May 31st.

Don't worry people. It definitely is a system glitch. They were under maintenance yesterday. May be a dev just screwed up! :rolleyes:
 
No! If 1,xxx ITAs only, score will be 421 :(
