I understand sibling part but does the relative have to be direct uncle or aunt, what if I have a cousin or maybe an uncle who is my dad's cousin? Will that count?

Friend, with your score, you can get a direct ITA in the next draw. Why do you want to apply for ONIP? but if you want to spend additional 1500 CAD and few extra months for processing.. you do not need to create a separate profile it would be taken from the EE pool and if you have checked Ontario as interested province.

Thanks. I just wanted to check the process for Ontario. I would rather prefer to apply in general pool.

I thought so but still wanted to be sure just in case I could add 15 as am stranded at 389 points. You gotta have your own siblings or your parent's siblings as things stand.

No not parents siblings! Only direct siblings, who are over 18, will give u the 15 points extra....here this might help:
