Between 700-800 in my opinion. We had just about 200 left in the last draw. The count in segments below was almost unchanged.

For sub-class 189, the threshold is 60.

Update: I've been lurking in the OINP Sub-forum and the vibe is that Ontario is processing their nominations real quick. There will be considerable candidates with 600+ CRS in the forthcoming draws.
