Your ECA said you have a bachelors. After reading the NOC, it says "Teachers of academic subjects require a bachelor's degree in education which is often preceded by a bachelor's degree in the arts or sciences." So I guess a bachelors in education is required and if you don't have that you might not be technically qualified under that NOC. I am by no means an expert, it might be worth searching out or starting a thread about the teacher NOC. Best of luck!

Man that last draw was disappointing.
Stuck at 432 and now wondering how much longer it will take to get the ITA :(

I am highly encouraged that of the known participants on the 58th thread, very few are at or above 441. The 57th one had a lot above that! I know it's not scientific but hopefully that bodes well for the 430s! :)

No, It means if you want to work in Canada with that NOC you need a bachelor. It does not mean you need Bachelors in your country to work in the same NOC. your work exp may be without Bachelors.

So according to you I can claim points for my exp without having B.Ed.
