I really dont understand the logic like who gets the NOI? Is it everyone above 67/100? Or profile has to be recently created??

Anyone who meets OINP basic requirement should get a NOI, when it is being sent. But if you look in FAQ of OINP, they recommend that if you feel that you have the points and haven't yet received the NOI, to recreate the profile.

I'm assuming NOI is sent to those NOC that are in demand or shortage in ontario province.

When the score dropped from 441 to 434, 3800+ ITAs were issued. These 3800 people in the pool have been there since many months and years. The last draw, what I feel had a 80% PNP nomination from Backlog of 2016 cleared in the last 23 days.

So, my prediction is that if a draw is held on 5th April 2017, there should be a lowering of score by atleast 10-11 points.........CRS 429-431. 8)

my prediction....

if it happen within two week

446 - 2500
441 - 3000-3200
437 - 3700-3900

My wife got a 6.5 in writing however it was her least concern. She is really good in writing and she got really disappointed when she saw such grade. I got a 6 and she is much better than I am when it comes to writing. Anyways any advice on how to improve the score when you are already really good in writing. Any tricks or ways of writing we should consider?

And please whoever took the french exam TEF or something like that, can we have a brief of the level of difficulty. My wife and I were french educated back in high school however went to American Universities and it has been a while since we have used French..

Stick to the topic asked and don't write about related topics in order to increase the length of essay and letter.
If you have taken this exam from IDP switch to British Council. But in British Council, it's difficult to score in Reading.

May be right, or may as well be not. Considering the number of invites from the past few draws have only been jumping northwards, I believe your third prediction for the two weeks looks ok. But again, prediction after all, is a prediction. Last time bout the same number of candidates were invited but with only a week interval in bw the draws, and the scores tumbled down to 434. Doesn't mean that can't happen again as well.

Scores are valid for two years and you are free to use any valid report for your profile. I recommend the one that gets you the most points! If you take it a subsequent time, but do worse, then continue to use the first set of scores as long as they are still valid. Best of luck! :)
