have you enter in the pool and registered with job bank?? is your profile active?

usually it takes 24 hours to activate your profile after job bank registration. so if you have created your profile on 23rd then 2 things
1st you need to check if your job bank is active or not
2nd your profile might be activated after yesterdays draw in that case you need to wait for next draw.
