There will be no rounds the weeks of March 6, 2017, and March 27, 2017.

According to this, the draw will then def be this week. tomm or friday..!!
I am pretty hopeful it will be ~427.

My guess: CIC is having some technical issues with updating their website. All ITAs for this draw might be sent directly by mails !

Yes. Mostly it will be on 29th.
No refresh party required on this Friday. Just check CIC site at 12pm EST. Thats all.
No other choice than waiting till 29th.

Some did. But for most of them it was a surprise.. and make it 3 weeks in a row, some of us were looking even on 8th
