That's a bummer, no draw... I'll lose a few points in a few weeks... may not affect me much but I would really like to get the PR process started already!

My CRS score is 415. Its been 5 days since I enter the EE pool but have not received NOI from Ontario PNP.
Any Idea?

Though there is no official announcement, I don't think anyone received it after March-01

Are they waiting for everyone who received NOI to apply first.....For many tye 14 day window will be over soon because the 60 day validity of the NOI came much later...

The NOIs are valid for 6 months, but yes if CIC delays the draws everybody below 434 with a NOI is going to apply for PNP, fearing the worst..

I am seriously considering OINP now. Just waiting for my FBI PCC.
If I don't have an ITA till then I would just go ahead and get my OINP process started.

How do you get OINP started? I thought they had to contact you.

Its gonna be funny when cut off will reach 399 and there will be no point of having OINP xD

In that case you should probably hang on to see the next draw because with OINP you'll have to pay $1500, wait longer and commit to Ontario. If the next draw is 430, then you'll be good.

The reason why they have done a draw on 1st march is only this because they wont be able to do it on 8th 15th and 22nd.

With no CIC draws for 3 consecutive weeks, they have driven all with NOIs to apply before the next draw happens..So by the time the CRS touches 400, OINP would have met 2017 targets.

Any suggestions why?
