The only reason that they have delayed the draw is to let more candidates to enter the pool. I guess they don't want to draw below a certain score.

All this is my nahoosat. I submitted my expression of interest and I didn't know any of such forums and I had no idea that draws come every 2nd week. So i submitted my interest and then forgot and after about one month I saw 3 draws already and I was like...Whaaaat! Its getting too close ;D

Then I studied how things work and how do we know if a draw occurs and I happened to be here at this forum and I joined it and since I have joined, there hasn't been a draw and I would very much give the credit to myself.

nothing to be sorry about... its no ones fault... this is just life.. and things in life happen when they have to happen... you wait and see.... everything is gonna be ok, for everyone!! and one day we will all laugh about this draws..

They can reduce the draw size.

I denied my invitation yesterday in a hope that there will be a draw today and will buy some more time to collect the documents and now I am stuck here.

the reason why i am postponing my medicals... CIC is just unpredictable.. not gonna book my medicals till i get my ITA

The cut off score is to low, so they waiting for some more ppl with more points to join the pool

I think they have lot of applications to process from past few draws...so we all might have to wait for another week.
