Even if scores go up, they will still come crashing down. see how quickly scores dropped from 450 to 430. If between March 2016 and March 2017 there were not enough people to keep the scores up, how many people would have entered the pool in 3 weeks enough to keep the scores high?

Besides, in November last year, there was a draw at 16:21 UTC. Its still 15:24 UTC.

And if the draw doesnt happen today, rest assured it will happen next Wednesday. There might even be a back to back draw. Remember CIC can spring surprises.
