Well, you have a point. Indeed, he needs a time. However, out request is not to have the guessing game. Let them inform the schedule of draw in advance (if not for a full year) at least month over month. That will help. Isnt it?

yes you can submit bank statements by highlighting your salary credited to your account along with LOE that why you are not able to provide salary slip.
