A 29 year old single with a bachelor's degree, CLB9 with 3 years of work experience would score CRS 441 without canadian experience. Previous draws gave ITAs to those with Canadian Experience so I think the draws shows that ITAs are given to a particular group of people one at a time. I assume the volume is considered in the selection process. However, if the cutoff will go down to a lower score,a lot of applicants will be in the pool and it's uncertain that CIC will give a lot of ITAs in one draw.Shivanker said:Don't you guys think the decline in scores will stop at some point? I mean, it has to right? If so what do you think is the minimum?

I dont remember exactly but after successfull job bank registration I guess it was 5 hoursDzwony said:Hey dude! I want to know how long it took for you to get your NOI after recreating your EE profile and GCKey?
CLB 9 would only get 429, For 441 CLB10 is required.pacificislander said:A 29 year old single with a bachelor's degree, CLB9 with 3 years of work experience would score CRS 441 without canadian experience. We can't really judge based on what we see in this forum. I noticed that most people waiting for the ITA draws are the ones who are above CRS 400 or at least those whose scores are relatively closer to the last draw. Those who score less than 400 aren't that making noises because they know it's difficult to assume that they will be included in the next draw because the previous draws suggest that there are still many applicants in the pool who score more competitively. And most of them are probably seeking alternative ways to improve their score such as PNPs.yuanteo said:i think a lot of people might seem to overthink the number of people in the 430s.. a lot of them might have got cleared out previously by going for pnp nominations, got upgraded to 450s and above with canadian education, got ahead with nz/au pr application, or just decide to move on in life with other plans. but that aside, there's also a handful who got upgraded from lower points, new entrants... and people from 440s who came down because of age so... my point is, i'm not sure if there's still many people still not giving up and waiting at 430s (and with non expired profiles)... this includes 410s and 420s too...
anyhow, judging from the noise from the forum, seems like there are more people preparing for ITA than waiting to get an ITA!! perhaps things are really starting to change. there's more people being invited to apply than those waiting to be invited!!!
