I had a basic(stupid) question. My CRS is 466. In case I get an ITA, does ONIP PT still matter? Are there any advantages of going with ONIP, even though we get an ITA?

No then ONIP goes to trash bin.

EE ITA is the fastest and cheapest way to proceed. Once you get the ITA most probably tomorrow, you can reject if you have an OINP. Why pay extra provincial fee with more waiting period
