You do not need to notarize the gift deed. It can even be submitted on a plain piece of paper with just your X signing the declaration.

yeah i think so... husband wife shouldnt be a problem, but if it was a gift deed from parents then i would recommend notarisation... if you are doing from india it costs less than rs500

Good luck guys... I was at 445 until yesterday but got the "minus 5point" gift from CIC taking me down to 440...in almost all probability, will have to wait until 8th March..

anyhow i m at 434.

I'm at 438, hoping for the same bro! Let's all get ready for either the Weekly Draws or OINP chances.

Btw the POF can show joint FDs with parents as long as you have an affidavit or statutory declaration from your parents saying that the funds were deposited together with son's savings as well as the parents and that they have no objection for the funds to be used at any point from here henceforth.

LOE, Notarizing and Statutory Declarations are always important in order to explain/prove anything and that is when you can expect a call to either verify/interview/ask you for any further documents.

yes, but you need to have a written deed from your wife saying that she has no objection to you using hte funds for canadian immigration for ur family...

You could get ITA in March. You have 90 days to apply.
OINP picks you so you will get PT Notification of Interest from Ontario through your MyCIC account. You have to apply in 45 days. It's more expensive and it takes longer then through EE.
